Eva Mendes is both an actress and model. A talent agent recognized her talents and convinced her to go after a career as an actor or model. The decision she made to leave from college was the consequence of a lot of reflection. Her debut was in the movie Children of the Corn V : Fields of Terror, but she wasn't thrilled about how it came out.
